No Withdrawals or Returns

Due to the exclusive nature of our art, we cannot accommodate withdrawals or returns. Please
consider your purchase carefully before completing the transaction.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will promptly assist you in resolving the issue and ensuring your satisfaction.

What if we nonetheless do approve the returning of a purchased painting
As an exception to the above, we understand that sometimes circumstances may require a return. Please take note of the following guidelines:

Damage during Shipping
Jammi Art store is not responsible for damage that will occur during
shipping. We package our pieces of art in solid, custom-made industrial cardboard tubes with various thicknesses & lengths that support and protects the painting inside.

Shipping Costs
Please be aware that we do not reimburse shipping costs for returns. The cost of returning the
artwork is the responsibility of the buyer.

Insurance
We strongly recommend that you return any artwork with appropriate insurance coverage. This ensures that the artwork is protected during transit and can be claimed in the event of damage or loss during the return process.
